Our beautifully decorated dining room is enhanced by creative tropical flower arrangements and intricate oil paintings for all to enjoy. Taiwan Restaurant is also one of the only Chinese Restaurants in the Bay Area to offer full-service catering. History
Established in 1982. Jimmy and Nancy Niu have always loved food, great service, and beautiful decor. They wanted to bring this concept to their Chinese restaurant. With backgrounds in Szechuan, Mandarin, and Taiwanese cooking, they opened their doors almost 3 decades ago with the goal of cooking great food in a warm family-friendly setting. Jimmy and Nancy have always prided themselves on treating their staff and customers like part of the family which has resulted in many years of patron and staff loyalty. Recently, their daughter Sophia and son Bob have joined the restaurant. Their contributions include a full-service catering department and the addition of a food delivery service. Together the family hopes to maintain the quality of food and service for the next 30 years!
