Meet Joey PORTALE
Joey Portale has distinguished himself among the top real estate professionals in Silicon Valley. He joined Compass to utilize, among other things, the company’s superior tools in marketing and technology to be able to offer his clients the best resources available.
A native of Willow Glen, Joey was raised from an early age to have a strong and dedicated work ethic. He grew up immersed in the entrepreneurial spirit shown by both his grandfather, former owner of La Villa, an Italian deli in Willow Glen, as well as his father, a well-known Willow Glen contractor and business owner. The knowledge he gained from these two dedicated and successful businessmen helped to shape Joey’s impressive career in real estate.
Meet jenni Lima
Born and raised in San Jose, Jenni Lima has a lifetime of knowledge of the Bay Area and its surrounding cities and counties. Her love for the area has settled her family right here in the heart of charming Willow Glen for the past 10 years. Her passion for building interpersonal relationships started at a young age as she participated in youth sports and high school swim team as well as managing a very successful Campbell swim school during college. That experience eventually led her into the rewarding field of non-profit work where she excelled at one of the leading local community foundations. Her communication and writing skills were put to good use as she managed high profile Donor Advised and Corporate Fund’s grant making portfolios.
She loved having a hand in making donor’s grantmaking dreams come to fruition. One of her favorite parts of that career was writing the grant letters that would reach the deserving non-profits and those they served. Being the recipient of her graduating class’s Student Writing Award at San Jose State University where she double majored in health science and social work has given her the confidence to offer her dedication to transparent written communication and creating innovative marketing materials to assist clients during their journey to home buying and selling. She looks forward to helping you navigate this journey by working together to make your real estate dreams come true!

Born and raised in the Bay Area I have gained an enormous amount of knowledge of the surrounding landscape and afar. Spending time in the United States Army has instilled in me a relentless drive and work ethic that is paired with a love of connecting with people from many diverse lifestyles. I serve my relationships through a vast network of company offices, and more than 29,000 affiliated agents.
