Born and raised in San Jose, Jenni Lima has a lifetime of knowledge of the Bay Area and its surrounding cities and counties. Her love for the area has settled her family right here in the heart of charming Willow Glen for the past 10 years. Her passion for building interpersonal relationships started at a young age as she participated in youth sports and high school swim team as well as managing a very successful Campbell swim school during college. That experience eventually led her into the rewarding field of non-profit work where she excelled at one of the leading local community foundations. Her communication and writing skills were put to good use as she managed high profile Donor Advised and Corporate Fund’s grantmaking portfolios.

She loved having a hand in making donor’s grantmaking dreams come to fruition. One of her favorite parts of that career was writing the grant letters that would reach the deserving non-profits and those they served. Being the recipient of her graduating class’s Student Writing Award at San Jose State University where she double majored in health science and social work has given her the confidence to offer her dedication to transparent written communication and creating innovative marketing materials to assist clients during their journey to home buying and selling.
